- Inside ovens, fridges, freezers, cupboards or drawers unless booked as extras
- Professional carpet, rug, mattress or upholstery extraction cleaning
- External window cleaning or windows that cannot be reached safely from inside
- Mould remediation, hazardous waste, bodily fluids, pest contamination or biohazard cleaning
- Heavy hoarding, extreme neglect or properties requiring specialist clearance
- Paint, cement, plaster, silicone, adhesive or other post-construction residue
- Moving heavy furniture, appliances or fragile/high-value items
- High-level work requiring ladders or specialist access equipment
- Outdoor pressure washing, gardening or rubbish removal
- Laundry, ironing or washing-up beyond a small reasonable amount unless pre-booked

Important Booking Information
- Prices are starting prices and are based on a normally furnished and reasonably accessible property.
- The final quote depends on property size, number of bathrooms, condition, clutter, pet hair, parking, access and requested extras.
- Photographs or a short video may be requested before confirming the booking. Very large or heavily soiled properties may require an in-person assessment.
- The property should be reasonably tidy before arrival. Excessive clutter may reduce the amount of cleaning that can be completed or increase the price.
- Please provide running hot water, electricity and safe access to the property.
- Parking charges, congestion charges and other access costs may be added where applicable and will be agreed before booking.
- For best results, personal items should be removed from surfaces and the inside of cupboards, fridges and ovens should be emptied when those services are booked.
- We cannot guarantee complete removal of permanent staining, deep-set limescale, damaged grout, mould staining, rust, burns or marks caused by wear and tear.
- A deep clean is not an end-of-tenancy clean and does not include a deposit-return guarantee or inventory-based re-clean guarantee.
- Any changes to the agreed scope should be requested before the cleaning date. Additional work is subject to time and availability.
