Labour hours are the combined working time of the cleaning team. For example, two cleaners working for two hours equals four labour hours.

Consumables & Washroom Supplies
- Toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, bin liners and other workplace consumables are not included in the standard cleaning rate unless agreed in the contract.
- CleanTeamLon can monitor stock levels and restock client-supplied consumables as part of the regular cleaning service.
- Consumables procurement and supply can be arranged separately and quoted according to usage and site requirements.
- Sanitary waste disposal is not included unless a suitable specialist waste arrangement is in place.

- For ongoing office cleaning contracts, we recommend a free site assessment or a detailed review using photographs, video and a cleaning specification. This allows us to confirm the required cleaning hours, team size, frequency and final contract price.

Important Commercial Terms
- CleanTeamLon Ltd is not currently VAT registered. VAT is therefore not added to our prices.
- The final rate depends on premises size, layout, cleaning frequency, condition, access and agreed scope.
- Parking, congestion, toll and exceptional access costs may be added where applicable and agreed in advance.
- The client should provide safe access, running water and electricity.
- Clear-desk policies are recommended. Cleaners will not move confidential documents or personal paperwork unless specifically agreed.
- Any specialist cleaning, additional rooms or changes to the agreed cleaning specification may be charged separately.
- Cleaning schedules and quality requirements can be documented in a site-specific cleaning specification.
- Contract rates for larger, high-frequency or multi-site clients are available on request.
